california - laguna beach (my favorite!)

This is one of my favorite places! We took a day once we got to Palm Desert to drive out to Laguna Beach. It was perfect! It's one of the most beautiful places, the beach, water, flowers, trees...

Noah: What can I say, not even the boot and a broken leg could slow this guy down. He loved the beach! Time to hang out, just boys, dig in the sand, work on his tan, and chase down those birds! He wanted to catch one of them in the worst way. Noah's inner thoughts "if only I could walk, these birds would be mine!"




Ava: I think these pictures speak for themselves. This little girl is her mother's daughter. She loves the beach!!!! She built her first sand castle (with help from Daddy), just like Curious George did. A couple of times those waves caught up to her, went right up her leg, and got to her shorts!


Our big girl was able to sleep 5 nights in a row, and not in her own bed at that! That was worthy of an ice-cream date with Daddy. She chose pink bubble gum flavor...yummy.

Brian: What did he do at the beach? Got in a big hole, and conquered it!
