One of these days...one of these days we will learn to do ALL our family photo shoots in the summer. When the sun is out. And we aren't freezing. One of these days.
Today, however, was not that day. We decided to make a book of grand kid photos for Annette/Gramma on her birthday this year. Sounds easy enough, right? My sister did a great job of capturing their little personalities, and I'm sure Annette will cherish the photos for years to come.
Babies are the best. I am blessed to now have not one, but two nephews. The other Coury's welcomed little Owen Everett Coury on July 12, 2016. Ava is smitten. She reminds me so much of me, her love for babies and how much they love her too.
I've heard the stories...now here's the proof. My sweet, sweet little niece loves her cousins. She loves them so much they are often the new lyrics to such classics as "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" or "Where is Thumbkin?"
We LOVE her!
Happy 1st Birthday Vera Jane!
My sweet little niece turned one yesterday. We love her and had a great time helping her celebrate her 1st birthday today. This girl knows how to throw a party! Wishing her the best year ever, and we look forward to seeing her grow.
We found these little daisies on the side of the road after we parked. Love this girl.
