agape performance

If someone would have told me that MY daughter would not only audition for but get a role in a musical, I wouldn't have believed it.  She, on her own, auditioned for a speaking part as well as a solo.  Crazy!  After weeks of rehearsals it was time for the little production entitled 'GPS.'  She did SO great!!!!!  We are so proud of our little "Piper" and look forward to seeing her continue growing.

agape worship

There are so many times I look at Ava and see myself in her.  She has sass, class, and apparently way more moxie than I ever had!  This girl loves singing in the Agape kids choir at church.  Not only that, she volunteered and auditioned for a part holding the microphone during one worship song.  What?!  I am really grateful for Highlands church and this program.  I've seen a lot of growth in Ava over the last few months, and her choir director is wonderful!  They are growing and teaching our next generation of worship leaders.

I mean...come on.  She looks so comfortable, like she does this every Sunday!
