Today was so much fun! We made the trek to Enumclaw to play with friends at Peaks Gym. Every city needs to have one of these, seriously. There was a foam pit, balance beams, running trampoline, ropes to swing from, bouncy slides, and space to just run. Oh, and pretty great friends to play with too!
I convinced Ava to get up on the high balance beam. She took to it pretty well. When she was concentrating it was even more amazing...although her ability to stay on and swing those legs around, while looking everywhere EXCEPT at her feet, is pretty amazing in itself.
To call them "work outs" just doesn't seem enough. They are killer. I haven't worked this hard in a really long time, if ever. Once you get past the feeling of being on death's door, however, there is a special bond forming here.
Probably my favorite thing about these work outs is the kids get to have a playtime/work out of their own. By getting to see the moms working hard it sets a good example for them, and wears them out too! I have to say...Ava does far better push-ups than I do.
What day is it? SUPERBOWL!!!!
SEAHAWKS vs. BRONCOS
We are so excited, can you tell? Great food? Check. Great company? Check. Great football team? Check. Let's get this started...
Preparations...Seahawks blue and green nails are a must.
Cute babies...another must.
These two love their uncle I. When Noah sits next to you he has to be RIGHT next to you. "I will be your blanket." Laying across someone's lap = human blanket.
When was the last time a Seattle team won a title you ask? Check the T.
Love this family...so glad they came!
These guys...
Ava made sure the Seahawks and our guests felt supported and loved.
and the winner is......SEATTLE SEAHAWKS!!!!
Always inspired by our beloved Seahawks (as long as they are winning) we took to the turf for a little Coury training camp.
The ALMOST perfect spiral.
Set...hut hut...hut...hut...hut...(pshhhh. Brian. He made them work for it.)
TOUCHDOWN!!!
