happy 16th anniversary

Celebrating 16 years together.  We spent the day on Bainbridge Island.  The weather was lovely, the company grand, and the view wasn't too bad either.

But first, we started our day by going downstairs to find our amazing, sweet, wonderful daughter made this for us...

My little Rosebud is married!  I can't believe the little girl who used to bring me rocks, sang in my calculus class, and melted my heart each and every time I saw her is married.  She has found the love of her life and it shows.  I've never seen her so happy and I thank the Lord she and Blair have each other.

The wedding was...beautiful.  An absolute perfect blend of Rose and winter wonderland.  Magic. Doesn't she look like a woodland fairy? Love this girl now and forever, there is no one like her.

katie + isaac

My sister is married!  She found the one she'd been waiting for and he is perfect for her.  We are very glad to welcome Isaac into our family.

Ava & Noah got to be the flower girl and ring "bear" which they loved.  Noah was quite glad to not be a flower boy.  Mom made Ava's beautiful dress.  I wish I'd been able to find a dress like it!  She'll definitely be wearing it again!  Isn't Noah handsome?  Ah, such a little gentleman.  He looks as if he stepped right out of Anne of Green Gables.  Love.

I'm so glad Rose was captured these. I can't get enough of this little guy.
I mean, does it get any better? Best little smoocher.
My little lady. Beauty. Love the dress that Nana made. Did I mention that already? Well it was beautiful. She even got a big girl manicure with Auntie and Nana.
One more...love that she has her daddy's eyes.
Blessed by this day and these two.  The boys are so serious.
