We landed in Arizona and stopped at Costco on our way home. Ava's shoes were giving her some trouble (plastic shoes, hot weather)...
Ava: (fresh off an Auntie Lorna day) this is so invigorating.
Me: Invigorating? I think you might mean irritating.
Ava: (long pause)...mmm, invigorating.
While we were gone Auntie Lorna and CJ came to watch Noah. He treated them to a game of hide and seek.
Noah: ready I not..here I am!
