I've heard it both ways. During their time with Tori yesterday the topic of St. Patrick's came up, and Ava was intrigued. This morning I was informed she MUST wear her green dress. She then helped me pick out my green sweatshirt and green striped socks.
Today at lunch Noah spotted the green and red Swedish fish in a jar (yes....from Christmas). Right next to it is a jar with marshmallows.
Noah: Mommy! We should have green Swedish fish today!
Me: Really? Why?
Noah: Huh huh...huh huh..hhh...because for Happy Green Patrick's Day today!
Me: Oh, that is a good reason.
Noah: (thoughtful for a moment) yeah and those can be for Happy White Patrick's Day. (the marshmallows)
