Poor little Ava. She's been feeling bad for a couple of days, but night before last she spiked a fever. Yesterday morning I called the doctor and she wanted to see her. The initial test showed enough to indicate an infection, and antibiotics were prescribed. She's feeling a little better but still fevered today.
The antibiotics are pink, which Ava likes, but don't taste very good. According to Ava it tastes "like moldy gum." (What? How does moldy gum taste, and is that even possible?)
