toothless again

She did it again!  At this rate Ava will be completely toothless by the end of the year.

We were having sandwiches for dinner and I mentioned that if she really wanted to lose that loose tooth just take a big bite of your sandwich!  She moaned and said "no way, mom."  Next thing I know she's gasping and I hear this "ping" as her tooth hits the floor.  Popped right out!  Big grin from my girl...followed by a run to the bathroom to examine the now gaping hole in her mouth.



Later that same evening....

Ava:  I'm asking the Tooth Fairy for a dollar.
Me:  What?!  A dollar?  When I lost my tooth it was only a quarter.
Ava:  Well, that was back in the old times when teeth were cheap.

Ouch.
