christmas eve

It's pretty fun having cousins now at Christmas.  This year we gathered at Grammy and Grampa Coury's for a delicious brunch of the traditional eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and goupy rolls.

My favorite part....cousins in matching pajamas.

Presents...Grammy and Grampa gave Ava a doll bed for Saige and Karen dolls with all the fix'ins.  Pillows, pillow cases, sheets, comforters, mattresses....they now have better bedding than we do.

Happy girl!  Vera also received a bed for her baby.  She's a little less enthused about me taking a picture of it.  She warmed up, a little, when she tried on the fancy new skirt from Uncle Brian.

The tagline for Noah this year was "let's build something together." He received a set of his very own tools, tool box, and kits to build some pretty cool items.  He also has a multiplication square...getting an early start.

Grammy made these great hats for the kids! (bonus...the green one fits me!)

What Christmas is complete without the traditional tackle Ava game?

Christmas Eve service at Highlands...and that's all this sweet boy could handle!
