A decade. One whole decade. Our baby girl is turning TEN! It has all been said....but I'll say it anyway....where did the time go? She has grown up so much, and I never knew you could love another person this much. She is small but mighty. She is fierce. She loves Jesus. She loves her family. She loves to bake, sing, be silly, dress-up, ride a bike, swim, Awana, her friends, watch movies, play Banana-grams, taking care of babies, be outside, read, trying new crafts, and play dodge ball! My day started with a workout, hers with a breakfast date. Daddy is the best. After breakfast he took this beauty to the Cougar Mountain Zoo.
Birthday wish? Ear piercing! Isn't she beautiful?
...okay, the piercing came with a complimentary manicure. Ava of course said yes! I waited while they went in the back....and waited.....and waited.....25 minutes later! Not only did she get her nails done (beautifully), but she also got her hair braided, colored, smelling like cotton candy, and a butterfly tattoo!
Ava-roo, you are one of a kind and we LOVE you! Happiest of happy birthdays to you sweet girl.
