arizona: state fair

Papa came up with a night at the Arizona State Fair, great fun! Ava hasn't been to a fair and this was the way to do it. It was 85 degrees that day and we were able to walk around in shorts and t-shirts after dark. Fantastic! There was so much for Ava to see, she was definitely overwhelmed at first.

This struck me as hilarious. They were very medieval looking hunks of meat.

View of the fair from the Ferris Wheel. I was amazed that Ava wasn't the slightest bit nervous. She's usually so cautious. I guess the roller coaster warmed her up!

We ended the night with Funnel Cake!
