my sister is engaged!

This past weekend my little sister got engaged! She is very happy and we welcome Isaac to our family. He is a compliment to her and they are really great together. We wish them a happy engagement and look forward to their wedding celebration!

On Sunday Isaac coordinated a little lunch get together at the Arnold's to celebrate. When we got there I let Katie know Ava had a question for her.

Katie: Oh, yes Ava what's your question?
Ava: Um, can I come to your wedding?
Katie: Yes! But I have a question for you, would you like to do more than come? Would you like to be IN the wedding?
Ava: (grinning) hee hee, yes
Katie: Would you like to be a flower girl?
Ava: yes!
 
Katie: Noah, would you like to be in the wedding too?
Noah: pshhhhh, no.

(what!?! he did change his mind, but we believe the initial reaction was due to him thinking he would also be a flower girl.)
