She did it! I'm still getting the hang of "teaching," but I couldn't be more proud of Ava right now. I gave her a practice spelling test and she got them all right. It should also be noted we chose 1st grade curriculum for all her core subject, however, for Spelling and Language we went with 2nd grade. It isn't always easy, and she does get very frustrated sometimes (as do I), but today was a good day. She is going to sleep tonight a very tired, yet very happy, girl.
