It's time for another rendition of "The Things My Kids Say".
Sunday Ava was changing from church to play clothes before heading to Nana & Papa's. She removed her name tag sticker and put it on her play shirt. When I asked her why she was wearing it her response was both honest and hilarious.
Me: Ava, did you put your name tag on your play-shirt?
Ava: Yes. I did it for Nana cause she's sometimes calling me Katie.
My sister is with my kids today while I'm at work, and she sent me the following text. The topic of discussion was gluten.
Noah: He (Daddy) can't eat buns...they have gluten...the buns...not the ones like our bottoms.
Katie: You mean like hamburger buns?
Noah: Yeah, hambooger buns!
Then Noah proceeded to tell her (Katie) that I'm not the kind of mom for teasing!
