family birthday celebration

The kids love having a family birthday gathering to celebrate with those they love.  This year the theme was Frozen and Robin Hood.

Nana made an AMAZING Elsa costume for Ava.  It's beautiful.  We looked at Disney and everywhere else for this dress, and they were....um...sad.  Nana to the rescue.  I didn't inherit her amazing sewing abilities.  For Noah she made an equally awesome Robin Hood costume.  He is loving it!  They both look fantastic.

On the other side of the family, Gramma has crazy talent too.  She can sew, sure, but the woman bakes.  Not just bakes, but decorates.  Remember the treasure chest cake?!  This year it was a Frozen cake.  Unbelievable...and delicious.  Noah enjoyed the tree, which was pretty much pure sugar.  You're only six once, right?  Well...at this rate anyway.
